Eligibility for Refunds:

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Graphic Design & Branding Services

    • Full refund if the initial concept has not yet been delivered.

    • 20% refund if the design concept is delivered but final files are not yet provided.

    • No refund once the final files have been approved or delivered.

  • Web Design & Development

    • Full refund if the project has not started.

    • 20% refund if work is in the early stages (wireframes or homepage layout).

    • No refund once 30% or more of the project is completed or live.

  • Marketing Services (Monthly/Subscription-Based)

    • Full refund if cancellation is requested before the first campaign or content is delivered.

    • No refund after campaign content is scheduled or ads are live.

  • Training & Tutorials

    • Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if no module or session has been accessed.

    • No refund once more than one module or session is accessed or downloaded.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind after project delivery

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or feedback

  • Custom projects once approved and finalized

  • Third-party service costs (domain, hosting, ad spend)
